Potentiating Opiates

Hello there,
I usually dose 300mg of codeine whenever I decide I want to. Either this weekend or next weekend I will obtain 30 Valium 10mg.

I wanna make the most of this by taking 400mg codeine, 10mg Valium and 8mg Chlorophenamine maleate. I haven't used codeine in close to a month so I more than likely have 0 tolerance.

I've taken 150mg of codeine before on 2-5mg of Xanax(don't remember exact amount) before with Bombay Gin in my system. I'm not too sure how that experience was because of the amnesia from the Xanax but I'm certain that it wasn't an unpleasant once. No respiratory depression scares and whatnot.

Anyways, do you think that this cocktail of drugs will make me feel more uncomfortable because of the RD or do you think that the codeine dose should be lowered to 300mg and then 400mg some other time so I know how to dose? And yes I usually do suffer from Respiratory depression at the beginning of a binge because of how I the first dose is(which is usually 275-300mg)

I really just want the best nod possible and I'd be smoking herb in the background as well.
 
100mg of Valium and 400mg of Codeine sounds a bit too much IMO, I wouldn't even take half as much Valium as that with that amount of Codeine, that respitary shit scares me, 400mg Codeine, 20mg Val, Smoking away, plus the Antihistamines, sounds like a good nod to me mate :)

I've only got Cetirizine wich does not take the itch away, I'm itching right now, Chlorophenamine is really good for it I had it once, I generally take 2mg of Etiz to potentiate Codeine rather than valium, well I've always got valium in my system anyway I suppose :)
 
When mixing opiates and benzos lowering the dose of both is the safest way to go about it. Benzos alone won't kill you but throwing opiates and/or alcohol in the mix is a different story. I would say 20mg's of Valium and 30mg's of codeine should have you feeling pretty good especially combined with Cannabis and/or a anti-histamine. Just make sure to take the chlorpheniramine about a half hour or a hour after you take the codeine to give the codeine time to metabolize. I am pretty sure that chlorpheniramine inhibits the enzyme cyp2d6 which is the enzyme that converts codeine into morphine. I find doxylamine to be about the best OTC anti-histamine for mixing with opiates. It's more sedating then diphenhydramine or chlorpheniramine so it adds to the nod alot more :) . Pheniramine is a much better anti-histamine then chlorpheniramine for mixing with opiates in my experience and unlike chlorpheniramine it's pretty sedating.

Opiates+a anti-histamine+a benzo (Valium is a good benzo for mixing with opiates imo) is a wicked combo to get a nod. Just be very careful about the opiate and benzo doses as the anti-histamine and benzo will add to the respiratory depression.

Unless you have a dependence, I must always reccommend to leave benzos out of the picture getting high on opiates.


Codeine is an opiate I always reccomend to take with inducers rather than inhibitors. It is always a surefire way to get the most.

Respiratory failure is a very real danger here.

Diphenhydramine (i believe) affects the opiate receptor (not sure if doxylamine does, but it sure has a heavyer sedating effect, maybe this would add to slowed breathing)
Quinnine (grapefruit juice and more so tonic water)
Tums anti acid tablets, or anything that will basify your stomach will help in opiate absorption.
also there is an over the counter stomach anti acid pill that starts with the letter T.. Tere something, the name escapes me right now, but that also affects the receptors.

The first three are easly obtainable and i would estimate from many consistent doses and varying intakes of these, they can effectively double the potency of your opiate (If not more).

A bit of searching will find you the last "T" chemical i mentioned, i believe it was on this forum that i saw a discussion.


On a side note, steer clear of benzo / opiate coctails. Its a risky venture and i find the two classes are better by themselves rather then combined.
