Benzos Potentiating diazepam

I am having a major panic attack. I plan on taking a 5 mg diazepam. I don't want to take more than that but is there a way I can potentiate it so I can get some relief? I really need to calm down.

just a few ideas:

50mg benadryl (diphenhydramine)
Some alcohol (less than optimal)
Going for a jog / intense exercise
Meditation
Kava (noble kava)
Muscimol / amanita (directly potentiates benzos to a high degree-- be very careful where you buy this from)
High dose CBD/CBN
