Opioids Potenation methods work for IV use?

I was curious if all the grapefruit juice and other potenation methods work with IV Hydromorphone(Dilaudid) use, or does it only help when they are both in your stomach. I'm sorta new to IV drug use, just started growing up and realizing any other way is a waste so just curious to see if these methods will still get me bang for my buck.

The flavinoids in grapefruit juice potentiate opiates (and many other drugs) by inhibiting the CYP3A4 metabolite and by proxy increasing the bioavailability. As CYP3A4 is located in the intestinal mucosa, I can only see it acting to boost the effects if the drug is ingested orally.

Diphenydramine (benadryl) can help potentiate the nod with opiates, as well as reduce the effects of an histamine release associated with the shot, especially morphine. Diphen can be adminstered IV as well, mixed with your dope.

What metabolite of hydromorphone would you want to get more of by doing this? Hydromorphone is mostly metabolized by UGT enzymes to hydromorphone-3-glucuronide (H3G), beside that cytochrome P450 subtypes are involved in formation of norhydromorphone. H3G presumably cumulates with repetitive use and it may be an excitatory drug causing seizures (Pharmacokinetic Drug Interactions of Morphine, Codeine, and Their Derivatives, Part 1).

IV to snort morphine

I been IVing morphine IR for quite some time but today i snorted 15mg and got a high how is that possible? DID I just get lucky?

Promethazine, orphenadrine (OTC in Canada when I was there), diphenhydramine/dimenhydranite, benzos, alcohol. Basically any antihistamine or sedative. Don't IV anything apart from diphenhydramine and a couple of other antihistamines which I can't think of. My advice is don't IV pills without a micron filter, but based on your other post about the 30x reused needle, I doubt that you have microns so just eat them and save your veins for the good stuff.
