Paradoxically, Once Pot Is Schedule 3, It's Going To Be A Lot Less Available. Think About That Some More. Do You Really Think All These Vape Shops Are Going To Be Given Schedule 3 Prescribing Licenses By The DEA? Fat Chance Of That! The Feds Never Cease To Amaze Me; And Vice Versa. Okay, You Say, I'll Just Get It From A Doctor. What Are You Going To Tell Your Doctor, I Like Recreational Pot Because It Is Intoxicating And Makes Music Sound Better While Still Being Slightly Trippy, Now Will You Give Me Some? Even If They Do, Marinol / Dronabinol (the Rx versions of THC) << Actual Pot.

Is that really a paradox at all? Just try to fit alcohol anywhere within the Schedule and you'll eventually find this system was designed to accommodate it, which is one huge paradox to begin with.

...you say, I'll just get it from a doctor.

That's a direct consequence of the $i¢k 'n $ad strategy adopted by the NORML group in the USA it seems: both sides reached an agreement which feels more like a truce, while the war never ends. For example, last December 18 and then on April 18, some of us instantly recognized Nora Volkow at the oval office... Her sparkling smile told me everything there was to know: medicalization of cannabis at the federal level is going 1 more step deeper and that's no favour.

The thing is, prohibitionists don't waste time. We can expect Big Pharma to come up with an anti-buzz molecule in a matter of decades while disorganized pro-cannabis activists spend theirs over moon-walking. So, those who paid attention to what's currently on the menu may finally realize an even fancier game awaits ahead which ain't pretty in the least at the hands of ¢ontrol freak$.

I suggest we simply allow our imaginations to wander for a minute. At the moment, there's practically no impulse heat consumption method that compares to this game of mine: « to heat-shave the hairy spider »... Briefly put it's the opposite of Slow 'n Steady thermalization. This is about virtually-infinite heat within the range of application: the spider gets shaved-clean but it won't die because the energy is quickly absorbed outside its exo-skeleton, where the hairs are found. The same type of heating would only release noble molecules present at the surface of a synthetic stratified trichome gland, with the goodies turned into an aerosol first, leaving the internal ones intact - which is where the anti-buzz layer would be. A medicalized model such as this would require a special type of consumption method, and yet classic Slow 'n Steady thermalization would release everything that renders any tempering totally pointless. This wouldn't threaten rolling paper sales immediately, but there are consumers who'd willingly jump the fence to adopt this tamper-proof model in exchange for precision, relative safety and so on. Feel free to question your crystal ball! Ask it what's next when that happens - which is only hypothetical, so far...

It's so sad how some people have suffered because of this, for years, financially

While others, have fantastic lives. At least thca is sold in the usa. I really can't tell the difference.

forget financially, so many lives thrown away in prison over some damn pot. Financially sucked too -- we did get a 15% pot tax hike in our state in the last few months; correlation sure, causation IDK?

^THCA is a THC prodrug (Aka it is THC exactly when it becomes active) THCA is 87% THC by weight and a quick trip in and out of the oven will 1) Shrink your stash 2) make it illegal 3) make it THC classic
Or when you take a lighter to it it converts to thc anyways so you nailed it --- minus terpenes, cbd, other cannibinoids im less familiar with lol

Its a good loophole -- if I wasnt in a legal state id be ordering THCA crystals. I think the reason live resin is so cheap is cuz they gotta compete a little with THCA crystals (Which are pretty cheap bulk)

Honestly this doesnt do dick for the consumer besides potentially restrict access to premium genetics due to what I call the "Monsanto model"

Sched 3 allows for patents and corporate IP's. This is not a good thing. It does not further cannabis in any way outside of research and tax benefits for med companies. Legalization is both raw best and worst thing to happen to cannabis
