Yes, but look at it this way, we're happy knowing that a the "system" or the federal goverment that is trying to impose maximum minimum setences that would send you to jail for a manditory of years is failing. And people are still getting off. That is the victory, as us drug users.

The people who always get off? Doudtful, here we had a kid same senerio but probably not as rich, live in the upper side of the city, caught drunk driving, 100 xtc pills and an ounce of coke. Got bail but is in jail for a while.

You'd be happier if the "hood-ass black guy" got off? If he did the exact same thing yes, that would be great for him too, I wouldn't be any happier for him than her though. But then again if it was the exact same, I doudt he'd be "hood" and from a rich neighborhood, don'tcha think? There is never the exact circumstances when it comes to trials, sometimes you'll get a 100charges of paraphenila for bags pipes, sometimes they wont even list that, depends on the police who want to have you charged with.

But as we got in a argued over before about how "strapped" you're average "hood-ass black guy" is, this is where things get trickey. If you're caught with crack cocaine/cocaine or other drugs and have a weapon such as a firearm on you. You're looked as a dangerous criminal, who has a gun with the intention of using it. You're not gonna get off lightly for that reason.

I think its pretty clear what i was intending to say when i said it the first time, and i would be happier to see that guy get off, because youd never expect it. you hear story after story of the rich kid gettin off light its always the same thing. depending how rich you really are, you get nothing, or lightened sentences or wahtever.

but i cheer for the underdog, i am the fuckin underdog, so imma be much happier to see another nonviolent first time offender, but from a shitty neighborhood, with no money, and a public defender get that type of sentence than some rich white bitch with all the money in the world who is just a repeat story of all the other cases that you hear about getting off lighter. thas all there is to it. its just my opinion. i aint sayin no one is wrong, just that it would be a much bigger suprise to me, and somethin much more worthy of applause, if it was someone else catchin the break for once.

This is why you're typical black male drug dealer doesn't get off easy, they see them as a major threat that spread drugs in the inner city, bring up the crime rates(drug offence excluded casue that their bussniess but involve gang issues and other problems such as murder, robbery, assult) but oh well.

My major reason for this is because lacey K has about as much right to call her a bitch just cause she has money as I do to call [insert minorty] a [insert racial slur].

The American justice system is a joke. Its justice for some, shit for the rest. Non-violent drug offenders get the most shit. Thats something many of rant about over and over again. We want non-violent drug offenders to get fair sentences, and that means no jailtime because they're not hurting anyone. But this ain't an example of a drug offender finally getting justice and avoiding a stupidly harsh sentence...this is an example of how fucked up the system is.
So of course some people are going to complain.

If you're a rich white girl...oh what a wonderful world.
 
She was able to work the system with the resources at her disposal. Who wouldn't do the same in her position?
