i'm a hedonist. Pot is essential to my lifestyle. Without it, i'm nauseous in the morning a lot of the time. My food doesn't taste as good. My music doesn't sound as good. Sans pot, i am less flexible and can't get into yoga poses or hold them as well.
I have back pain that cannabis eliminates completely.
I spontaneously dance when i'm stoned. I spontaneously smile when i'm stoned.
I don't get frustrated and flip out on anyone when i'm stoned.
Cannabis is the best anti-depressant i've ever tried.

Yo I gotta call placebo on all the people who say that weed makes things smell and taste better. Unless you people are using a vaporizer, smoking weed totally stills your sinuses and constricts your range of scent. Every time I stopped smoking weed I noticed that my sense of smell and taste increased greatly. It's the same with tobacco.
pot is good way to self analyze. I've been able to realize things about myself, about my motivations and past, that i had never thought of before and has helped me to get my life in order during hard times. I also believe however that it can only work it's magic when taken on occasion. If i light up every day pot starts to loose it's magic to me.
Though pot doesn't affect everyone this way, for some people who have anxiety disorders, marijuana can worsen the symptoms. There is also evidence that pot decreases the effectivness of some anti-depressants. On the other hand, there are many people who feel their lives are improved by it, and that it decreases symptoms of anxiety, depression, ocd, etc. You just need to decide how it affects. It's probably worth giving pot up for a month or two and see what changes you notice by just taking your meds. You can always start smoking again if you feel worse![]()
