pot and neck pains

my friend and i feel a neck pain (like on the sides of our throats) after we smoke pot. it feels like pressure where the pulse is taken, or towards the sides of the neck
anyone else experience this? whats happening?

Maybe it's because pot causes vasodilation and an increased heart rate. Do you get dizzy when you stand up after?

Dude is the pain inside your throat? Cuz if it is its because of the smoke. To stop that if you r using a bong just put 5 ice cubes inside and that will cool the smoke and you can take bigger hits. If the pain is on the outside your smoke some mad chrons and i want some.

ice cubes rock.. thats true. i think they might fix this problem.. but i cant really bring my big bong to the beach with me
i mean, i start getting paranoid and feel the blood pulsating in my neck and think that its going to close or something insane..

If that keeps happening, take some aspirin before you smoke. Aspirin's a natural vasodilator, so it will relieve some of the pressure in your carotid arteries and veins

wow, i've never experienced that. normally, if i have pains anywhere and i smoke, it takes them away. i've been toking about everyday for almost 5 years now, and i've NEVER gained pains from it...strange...i'm real sorry about that tho, i can't imagine being in pain from the herb i love most.

heh, i haven't got paranoid from weed in a loooooong time. everytime i smoke i pretty much forget its illegal and can just casually walk around with a joint. not the smartest thing i've done
