Posting Help Needed

When i write my title and message in other drug discussion i receive an error message. Saying, thread prefix needed?
I only have 3 things; one, title space. Two, a space to write your message and three, if I'm not wrong are tags?

Then it gives me an option to subscribe to the thread. After filling out the boxes, it won't let me post and I've been trying everything.

I'm on a Samsung tablet and everything looks normal on the screen.

Please help ASAP important!

Appropriate it brother. How's the full site on a mobile device and can you use all features on full site while on moble?
