I was at Bonnaroo this year and when Tiesto played it POURED down rain (pics in the pics of you tres thread). It was literally pouring, I had just bought a light up wire on shakedown street and it was wrapped around my arm (they took all glowsticks upon entering the festival, booo), I was afraid it would ruin my sweet little toy, but it didn't. The energy of Tiesto's music coupled with the rain totally enhanced the experience and made my roll extra fuken awesome. I loved it. It was totally rad until it ended at 5 am.
 
Best blowing up techniques

what are some good blowing up techniques while rolling besides the usual light shows and massages? any good exercises to do or unique lovey dovey moves to do to roll harder?
 
Go for a walk
smoke weed
nitrous
stretch your muscles
watch milkdrop or electirc sheep
wrapping yourself in a really soft blanket
drink OJ
dance
listen to your favorite music
if its a clear night go outside and lay down under the stars
if you have a sober driver go driving somewhere
being in the wilderness
go swimming
take a shower
take a shit
 
Before my massage, sometimes my husband will take the KY warming liquid(lube+oil in one)and slowly drip it all around on my back, arms, and back of my legs. That is the coolest feeling in the history of cool feelings, and I have never blown up as hard as when he does that. Especially once it starts dripping down my sides!
 
Have someone that knows how to do at least a half decent massage and use Tiger Balm on your back.... OMG! 8o

Make sure you aren't allergic to it first though, some people have a slight to moderate skin reaction to Tiger Balm.

For my friends I do this trick I call a Head Shaker. It's a little misnamed but that's what the person who taught me called it. He and I can basically vibrate our hands at a very high rate of speed and we place our fingertips on the persons head just above the ears. Kinda looks like a Vulcan Mind Meld with both hands. I've gotten reactions from pure bliss to an almost total freakout. Most people say they feel like the skin on their face and head is buzzing and sliding around. I can't do it nearly as well anymore, damn getting older, but I'm still the only person I know that can do it. Unfortunately for me the person that taught me quit raving and it's impossible to do it to ones self.

tricks :D

the vicks inhalor sticks are cool to gently blow into some ones eyes, not too much or theyll water, back massages are awesome, poi ,good trance,bass hunter is great, feet massages are fucking awesome.

theres this trick some one showed me wen ur fucked up, they come up to you and ask if your boxed in [ then you put your hands flat on each side of the cheak without touching] , and drawn out [ and pretend to pull away from the middle of the face].

it fucks with ya pretty good.

id say thats a great movie to watch it gets u rly hyped up. we came bak from a rave at 5am n watched it til like 7am we everntually turnd it off or we knew we wudnt get any sleep
 
Going longboarding. The feeling of just gliding along, preferably smoking a cigarette, is amazing, and you feel like you're the best damn longboarder in the world while you're at it.
 
We figured something fun out last time. Take two pair of white and black striped tights and cut the legs off them. Put a leg on each blade of your fan, but stagger them so the white and black don't line up. Then flip on a black light and watch the crazy swirl - it's like a vortex!

Going in a warm hot-tub is pretty amazing too. One time a rolling party I had planned happened to coincide with a major meteor shower, so while we were in the hot-tub we could look up at tons of shooting stars throughout the night. That was amazing.
 
that does sound amazing. At burning man we were all rolling face and my gf goes "look at the stars!" (they were amazing) That second, there was a huge shooting star right when we were all looking and THAT was insane. Nothing by comparison, although actually, going to burning man is a pretty good roll trick too.

I'm jealous. Some of my friends kept trying to get me to go back around '99, and now I dunno when I'll ever be able to. Someday.

At the meteor shower we were all rolling incredibly hard and getting visuals. It got to the point that your meteor was called bunk unless someone else saw it. It was kinda fun to go back and forth calling out meteors and seeing who else could back you up and calling bs on the obvious visuals. "Oh my god, the biggest neon pink meteor ever just ran across the sky like a fluffy puppy!"

The real roll trick was the hot chicks in the hot-tub though.%)

Good idea but could get dangerous if the waters too hot! Maybe putting the cold tap on (waiting a while to make sure it gets cold) and use that.

I'm with a lot of the other guys about having *girls* around. I'm gay but *cannot* roll without a chick around to cuddle with. I guess I turn straight when I roll. lol.
 
On molly, in a friends cool step-dads house in a a rural canyon near the ocean in central California, sitting in an electric massage chair, then going in an outdoor hot tub on a cold night, writing some music, and eventually smoking a joint and falling asleep in a nice bed while watching satellite tv.

Another time, we took molly and went to the water park.

Another time we sprinted full speed down the beach for about a half a mile.
