^ I got it for my 21st so it's a year and a half old now.

I don't know exactly what the painting is of (what nationalities of the ships etc.), but it is two ships engaged in mid battle. I love it - a still capture of a moment of intense action. If you look at it closely, you won't be able to see it in that photo but there is little guys running around everywhere and in the rigging and stuff.

I think my parents got it for a wedding present but they gave it to me when I asked. It makes me think when I look at it...
