I've noticed from comments from others I come off as being angry, Moody, etc the day of my workouts. I come off as prideful, arrogant, and am easily annoyed and angered. I've looked around and found differing opinions from blood sugar being low to bipolar disorder. Anyone else have this issue and/or know why this occurs? I can't find conclusive information. I'm 22, 5' 6ish, 165lbs with history of addiction.
