Ok, I know its not a real club. Or at least one that has shows year-round.

I kinda like the smaller venues, not the megaclubs. I went to avalon in LA and saw digweed (not all that impressed, but im not into his music that much.

One of my faves in seattle is a tiny little bar called Contour. The dancefloor is TINY

(Flave is amazingly talented by the way and still plays everywhere in Seattle! See him if you get a chance. Also, a supremely nice chill guy.

Gotta check out some more places down here in San Diego, haven't picked a favorite here yet.
 
NASA(shelter) was one of the first clubs in NYC to play rave music in the early 90's. The others were called stormrave's but there aren't any video's of it that I could find. Moby regularly played and attended, chloe sevigny worked the door sometimes. They didn't serve any alcohol, were extremely cheap and often lasted until 10am/noon. I have fucking crazy memories of this place, i would guess that at least 75% of the people there were rolling.

Some club footage, behind the scenes footage and footage of people emerging once the music stopped and the sun came out.
