Some months ago I did a small cycle of M-Drol and did a proper 4 week dosing of Nolva for PCT (nothing else). Among other things I don't feel like my libido is where it was pre-cycle.

I am looking to naturally, with supplements, increase my libido and make my levels more normal. I am trying to shed away from any sort of prohormonal or PCT material such as Nolva. I was an ameature when I did my cycle and I still am. I am not measuring my levels at all and I did a very small 3 week cycle but atleast I did my Nolva.

Anybody got any tips? Thx.
 
Get your blood work checked, including estradiol, prolactin, and free test, and we can go from there.

I don't know how to improve the situation but if my guess is that there is an issue with your progesterone levels. The only way to be sure is to get some blood work done or to wait a bit longer for everything to stabilize.
 
What if a blood test shows what I already think? Or is there a custom supp for each kind of issue? What harm could be done if I try to correct something that isnt a problem? Im basically wondering how necessary is a blood test...

If your levels are out of whack, then surely a doctor will see to it that you get some sort of treatment, not through bullshit supplements like tribulus. We're talking about your endocrine system here. Lucky guesses and self diagnoses aren't gonna cut it. Get that blood test if you know what's good for you.
 
Sad thing is I went and saw a pediatrician and he basically shoe'd me out of there saying that I will be fine and just give it a couple months to let my body balance everything out.

Regardless of that what are some great supps to be taking for some basic lifting? Im not looking to reach of level of a straight test booster, but something good and natural (somewhat at least)

I've done tribulus which I have noticed nothing out of.

Musclespeed which was similar to Jack3d and helped you concentrate and perform better.

Im looking for something in those categories, can anybody help?

Why the fuck are you cycling something with a bunch of herbs and shit in it? Trust me on this, I know how you feel right now. It's exactly how I felt when I first started out. I can tell you are a perfect example of how easily the supp companies lure people into their schemes, but I'm telling you this right now: There is no such thing as a Test booster apart from 500mg/wk shots of cyp. Period. Even if your Test does get mildly elevated from this horseshit, it will not be elevated enough to stimulate a growth response.

You noticed nothing out of trib because like I stated earlier, it is bunk, along with pink magic and all that other crap. You don't get "rage" from testosterone. Testosterone, especially endogenous testosterone doesn't have any psychological effects. That mid workout "rage" or speedy feeling is simply cortisol-induced mania. Basically, you're doing more harm than good by stuffing your face with these placebos and hippy health food lies.

You saw a pediatrician? First mistake. How old are you? If you're still young enough to have to see one of those, then steer clear from any test booster/ph/steroid. Do everything you can to get that blood test. Nobody will be able to help you if they don't know your hormone panel. I have no idea how you could do it because I'm not in your situation, but all I'm gonna say is that you have to do it.

Jack3d/NOXplode/superpump is mostly placebo, sugar, and caffeine. In that order. It is a waste of money and stunts the natural GH response to lifting. Proven many times already.

The essential supps you should be looking at: Whey protein, fish oil caps, a good multivitamin, and if you have the money-creatine. That's it.

Stop worrying about hormones. You're not at a level where it truly matters anyway. If you get the blood test done and there is a problem, the doc will fix it for you. Don't pump yourself full of shit that I can find in my neighbors lawn bags.

Wait a while, and if your libido doesn't sort out, then get that blood test. "Libido" is mostly all in the head anyway. If you're physically having a problem getting a hard on when you want to, then you need to bring that to attention immediately.

I was 18 when I did my cycle and still am.... and that is also why I am not looking to do any sort of pro-hormonal because I am still young. Thats why I visited my pediatrician. I was going to call a couple local endocrinologists when my cycle ended and I smelled something fishy. A very small amount of gyno and a slight decrease in libido is all I can notice. It came to my attention one night when I couldnt get it up, and never had the problem before, but I was also very drunk/high. I have not had sex without some viagra since then since I didnt want to risk not getting it up again. I have no problem getting it up on my own... it justs seems slightly harder to do.

Those are the extent of my issues, thats it.

I wasn't taking trib to try and solve anything in regards to my endo system, simply as a supplement to help me out with my lifting. The Pink Magic I took during my summer was more real then the trib however. 2-3 days in I was randomly at work and got crazy urges to do shit (pushups, whatever) similar to if I just took 4 scoops of jack3d. When I workout I regularly dose up on protien and change my diet slightly and accordingly. Ive never really done creatine but I was looking for a good natural supplement that isn't a placebo to help me with my lifting, and you seem the most knowledgable to be talking with.

All things considered, most people usually have a hard time getting it up when they're drunk. You shouldn't be drinking if you're serious about your goal anyway. To me, it doesn't sound like a serious issue, but that's your decision to make. An endo is definitely the person to talk to about issues like this. And on another note, 18 is too young to be messing with that shit anyway. I highly recommend you get the blood test done and stop all PH's/roids for at least a good 4 years. You did the right thing by still doing a PCT but there is a good reason why there are specific amounts of time to run a cycle with. Any shorter or longer and you're gonna fuck things up hardcore. Still, I'll restate, 18 was way too young to hop on that shit. There is no way in hell you're going to tell me you were at your full genetic potential.

The pink magic was just a stimulation coupled with a placebo. Not a single herb/plant in there has any androgenic, and especially anabolic potential. It's horseshit. Jack3d is mostly just caffeine. Buy USP lab grade if you love your caffeine so much, but don't waste money on cheap advertising. Anything with NO/Arginine/Caffeine in combo with creatine has been proven in multiple studies to be bunk, because the caffeine interrupts the absorption of the creatine.

Remember, supplements are just that. A supplement to your diet and training, which should already be in good standing before you think about blowing money at GNC or over the net. You can't go wrong with Whey, fish oil caps, and a multivitamin. Those are pretty much the "essentials". I say that because even then, they are not totally necessary if your diet is exemplary. Still though, these 3 are pretty much the most proven, tried, and tested. As always, the best supplements are oatmeal, chicken, tuna, and rice.

If you have the money, you can also look into an additional shit like BCAA's, glutamine, or ZMA.

Stay away from shit like fat burners, superpump, NOShotgun. Ironically enough, all the supplements that are the most praised, decorated, and talked about are usually the ones that don't do shit. Oh, and thank you.
 
Two years ago I tried USP labs 'TNA' because I felt like blowing my money. I didn't feel anything from it and outside of trying 'T-Bomb' when I was 19 have never felt anything from test boosters. (T-Bomb may have been a placebo)

Stay away from test boosters unless you feel like throwing your money away.

I don't think there's anything from with preworkout powders. They're mostly cheap stims that have been heavily marked-up but they're fun! I don't know where you get that they're loaded with sugar. It's better than drinking a red bull. I don't take them much anymore but I'll occasionally try something when it comes out. Coffee is fine too.

Fish oil, multi, protein powder and if it works for you creatine.
 
I regret doing any sort of PH and already confessed it was stupid and I shouldn't be doing any of that until im 21+.

I know Jack3d worked great as a pre-workout supp for most activities, even if most of it might be a placebo. So you feel confident that the only real supplements that you need to be the most successful without doing any PH are the basic protien/creatine/eating healthy (obvious)/fish oil?

Well, they used to be. SizeOn used to have a fuck ton of it. Like 20g per scoop if I remember correctly. Looks like people are smartening up and supp companies are trying to cover their ass.

No, because you don't need supplements. Eating right should not a supplement. It should be what your entire life is based upon. But yeah, those are the only supplements worth the money and time to use.
