After four months of rolling I got the same way...didn't hang out with friends as much, literally don't sip an ounce of alcohol because there is "no point" and it is merely a social lubrication (which is kind of hypocritical when mdma opens up our minds so much socially) and did terribly in school. I get scared of everyone and if someone even looks at me I assume they hate me or talking about me. Now I have kind of always been scared of people in general haha, so I think rolling just made it more prevalent and more aware of that issue. I truly think rolling doesn't necessarily change the way we think, but just makes thoughts deep inside our conscious to be more noticeable, which isn't always a good think when it's a bad thought or emotion that is uncovered.
I recommend trying hot yoga, not Bikram because it is kind of boring but Vinyasa style. I used to hate getting up early, not I wake up at 5:00 to make it to the 6:00 class because it literally rejuvenates me and puts me in a great mood. Great mood = more enjoyable personality --> people more willing to approach you. You get back what you give out, so if you act scared and have lots of anxiety in social situations try your best to seem approachable smile, eat a healthy diet to promote healthy moods and help your body recover, and eventually people will notice a change in you.
That is kind of what I did, I stopped trying to let what my mind thought other people thought of me to control my demeanor and within a few weeks of making a conscious effort to exercise, eat healthy and be happy, people noticed. Good luck
