I do not roll too often (3-4 times a year) and when i do i usually only take one and do not re dose. The next day i am always still in a very good mood, but the day after i will wake up and just cry. Usually i will just tough it out for the week and be fine within a few days. However, last night i took some molly that tested very well. The guy told me that they were pretty strong, turns out he wasn't lying. I was having trouble walking and very significant memory lapses. My friend blacked out for a full hour, and can't remember anything during this time frame.

So my question is, being the strongest MDMA experience i have ever had, I am assuming the come down tomorrow will also be the strongest i have ever had. What things can i run out and grab to help me for the inevitable depression ahead?

You can definitely do with some Vitamin C, some supplements would do but for me just eating fresh fruit seems to work even better. Eat 2 oranges or something, that seems to help for me. Don't forget that while on E you're essentially using up your reserves, so getting some sugar, salt and even fat in your system is a good idea I think (seems to work for me). That's also why drinking something other than water while rolling is a good idea, just grab a beer or soft drink every now and then, or even better, an isotonic sports drink i.e. Gatorade. Tastes incredibly nice and helps your body recover, also decreases the risk of water intoxication.

You could also try one of those after-e pills, you can pick them up from the drugstore and they contain 5-HTP which is supposed to up your serotonin levels, and that should make you feel less shitty. Have no experience with these myself however, because like MDMA they affect your serotonergic systems and I feel like combining them is just increasing your chance of getting serotonin syndrome. I'd rather do it the natural way, just eat and drink what you need and make your body compensate for the lost serotonin.

Hope this is of use and good luck!

imo the best thing to do is just grab some 5HTP and tell yourself its gonna be okay.
Just keep reminding yourself that the depressing feelings will pass, and that it's just a lack of neurochemicals causing you to feel this way :)

Other than that, just keep your diet healthy. make sure you're eating enough fish to supply your brain with EFA's.
maybe hit the gym or go for a run, nothing too strenuous but you'd be suprised at how much better you feel after working out :D but like i said, just keep reminding yourself that its' only a neurochemical imbalance and its only temporary.

hope this helps Blanch! :)

thanks guys! i have heard people mention 5-htp i think i might give it ago along with a good diet and exercise.

the 5htp definately, 100mg when u crash to sleep , if possible get some food, protein like eggs in ya!
on the morning with food before sleep if possible,
before u crash take a good B-20 complex vit b , alpha lipoic acid 200mgs , magnesium suppliment, ang green tea extract
when u wake up, probably groggy and hungry, take these all again,
munch another 5htp for the next 2 or 3 nights
if u can before all this get the piracetam, does magic for an easy landing, take it prior to going out, not after
good luck<3

5-HTP works wonders for me. I heard about it and never tried it until a couple months ago and it has been a life save for me! Take one 5-HTP every morning for the next three days. That's what I do anyway. It helps me not break down in tears randomly. Or get mad at people for no reason. I like it!

Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C are also good vitamins ... like take an extra before and after rolling.
Multi vitamins daily is always good!

Anyone tried post-loading with Stablon (Tianeptine)? Looking at it from VERY basic brain chemistry angle (i.e. almost certainly wrong) it would seem to be something that would help with mood/depression/anxiety following E use. I don't know if it's one of those things you have to take for weeks before it starts working, or if it would just put off the inevitable or even make it worse?

Could always look through my Blogs, and you will find my Pre-Roll diet i follow.

It could work great for you :) You never know
