So recently, every time I ejaculate inside my girl, I feel like 'why did I just do that'? And I feel like facepalming.
Even when I masterbate to internet porn. I think to myself 'why the fuck did I just jerk off over THAT'? And I have to close the window ASAP cause I dont wanna see that shit anymore.

YES. i am a girl but this also happened to me. much more when i was younger. i never thought of it as 'guilt' it usually was more of a feeling of total doom...but guilt is also there in the feeling. a why am i doing this feeling.

it would happen immediately after the orgasm and last a minute or so. i never really gave it that much thought and over the years it happened less and less. it hasnt happened in a long time.


does anyone know why it happens though? why some people experience and others dont?
 
Yep. I do know what you're talking about. For me, it was because for a long time I felt shame at my desires my turn ons. Once I did some therapy to learn to accept myself, all my kinkiness included, the guilt I felt after orgasm diminished greatly. I do think it is something more than a simple shift in hormones, at least it was in my case.

This is pretty common specially in teens.

I seem to remember being told that it was to do with nature and the need to stop you from doing it again in the immediate future.

Imagine your a lion..........you have sex and this chemical in your body makes you want to go away and leave the female alone after you nut. She can then go about her business preparing for the child without you being arround to annoy her.

Yep, it was always really freaky porn or erotica with bondage and other stuff like that which gave me that guilt feeling.... this was when I was younger and didn't know as much. When I ventured into the "adult" world more as an adult I saw that bondage paled in comparison to some of the freaky stuff out there, and it made me feel a lot more "normal" lol...

Also it never happens to me with my partner either, I think because my partner even further justifies my turn ons by exploring them with me without at all thinking of them as weird.

Ha! I totally get this. I was discussing it with a male friend of mine - he coined it "porn trauma". I used to get it a lot worse when I was younger - the guilt, shame, depression feeling - but as I've gotten older I've come to accept it, and accept the fact that a lot of it is due to hormones, and it's not a big deal any more. Now I just kind of laugh about it to myself. And make sure to close the window with the double anal penetration gangbang video as soon as I've come.
