^ the google street view is taken by a car that drives up and down the roads with a camera on top that sees 360 degrees around it. Look in my picture of the unmarked police car, you can see the car that the camera sits on top of. These are not cameras mounted around the city.

lol i do know him, yes. Hes the one with the white stripe going down his sleeve, not the one in the white shirt. I can tell by his alien shaped head, and its obviously his car.

But yeah, considering the area they are in, a car with a camera on top can NOT be good news.
