I wanted to show you guys this picture a BLer sent me on my facebook. It is like 10 skype pictures of me in one. It was so creative. I want to give props to Kerrigan. Thanks for the cool pictures in one.
Aw, hey, you flatter me: I wasn't even trying to be creative, but I just thought that it would be nice to have those images in order, and to show everyone your strong, straight, white and incredibly pretty smile; your pink, blushing cheeks upon hearing me compliment you; your pale, milky-white complexion, which is a sure sign of beauty! I'm so glad that you're not covered in either orange-fake-tan or really badly burnt up with a real tan: I'm not a fan of that dull, dark, brown-ish colour that so many individuals - people who could be addicted to tanning, even - have changed their bodies into.
But, growing up in the UK, I'm as white as can be! You've known me for longer than anyone and you know me and who I am. I must admit that I'd be completely lost without you; that's all because I love you, Stellablue!
As for photographs of me, well, I'll look around for something halfway interesting. It's the topic of the thread, after all, which is more important than grandiose declarations of love. As a matter of fact, I just bought a new camera after saving up and it takes very nice good-quality photographs, but there's probably a time and a place for that sort of discussion (it's nothing special, really, but it was incredibly cheap) and so I'll just, in the meantime, edit a couple of old photographs (I'm not sure why one of them is purple) and upload them for all to see. Arf.
Here's me:
I can scrub up quite well, but these were taken on the spur of the moment, so please forgive a few blemishes or weird hair. That girl I'm kissing in the first photo probably should've been edited out, since we broke up after that, but I think I looked quite snazzy in that black shirt and with short hair. The second image was taken by a friend of mine after we met up at a bar that was filled with couches upstairs, each of them mis-matched and placed haphazardly around coffee tables of various size, shape and design; it's a nice place and I think they still do a night where you can eat all of their
hors d'oeuvres for free (I've a couple of incredibly tight-fisted mates, hahah.) The purple picture was just me messing around with a camera and Photoshop's filters. The last was taken by my dear friend, who came over to see my new kitten, Lunatic "Looney Tunes" Whiskerton VI. %)
She's such a lovely kitten, aw, I love to chase her about and she's even capable of knocking balls back and forth across the carpet like a game of ping-pong without the bats or the table or the net... so nothing like ping-pong, then.
EDIT: I had a number of piercings in my neck and forearms that have been removed, now, but they might be visible in some of these shots; I was going for three on the front in a curved line about my neck, and would have ended up with either another line through those to make a strange sort of cross, or three on the back as well. I liked them, but ended up accidentally ripping one out and then I had to pull the others out, it's as simple as that. I can clearly see just one in the second image. The surface-piercings on my forearms were very effective in causing absolute agony the very moment I chose to rummage through my pockets for anything!
By the way, that first photo was taken in
Hyde Park in the audience of
Nelson Mandella's big speech about handing the quest for world peace onto a new generation of young people: it was one of the most inspiring things I've ever known, and he certainly seemed to be rather fatigued after so many years. Will Smith came on and sang the intro. to
Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
