Sorry to bump the thread, but I was cleansing an SD card to give to someone else, and found this wee picture I'd forgotten about.

Whenever he makes eye contact with me, whenever he's getting it sweet, I like to say ''It's alright for puss''.

To be a cat.

Awwww, lovely O'Spangles. ;)

Do you still have him?

I do, indeed!

After getting him the chop and vaccinations, he was infected with ear mites so that's the challenge at the moment.

He sleeps at the bottom of my bed every night and wakes me up when nature calls :)

No I've only ever used litter boxes with kittens which was when I was a wean. The first one, 'Lucky', disappeared a few weeks after we first let him outside. The second, Toby, strangled itself in our football net shortly after we first started letting it outside.

After that, we decided we would get an older rescue cat with a bit more experience. He never used a litter box but would let you know when he wanted out. We didn't let him sleep in the house at night though. He never once pissed or defecated in the house. With the current cat, the vet says he's probably about a year old, he's a stray. He lets you know when he wants out. Generally he'll just rub his head against you or lay on you.

He usually sleeps the whole night and wakes when I wake but sometimes he does wake me a few hours too early, which is an excellent time to smoke a joint before going back to sleep :)

Wow. To me, that is weird. :D But you are clearly more experienced with cats than I am.

Maybe a catflap is needed at some point. For those times when he can't wake you up. ?

Well there have been times where I've just ignored him and slept on and he seemed to hold it in quite well. This arrangement might not last into his feline geriatric years :\

The strange thing is that my allergies to the rats have settled down now that we have a cat haha. I can go for a few days without taking anti-histamines and, when I do need them, I take a lower dose.

Lies and slander! You can't even walk in your room I actually think I am allergic because my neck has turned brutal.

The book bag is right there

oh man seamus is an absolute beauty! Tilly has just come to my door and left she knew I was looking at another cat!
