Ner0 i was just asking because i was gonna recommend an awesome tattooist who is prepared to sit down and really talk about peoples tatts with them (some tattooists can't be bothered and rush through it) but that's ok, i am sure there are decent ones in Sydney too. :)

Yeah some artists ive spoken to already try and brush you off, i would never get a tattoo from someone who isnt passionant enough about their art to give some time to someone interested in it

Purple Haze in Narre Warren are awesome for sitting down and working out what you want done. You need to ask for Nick Haze though, and make an appointment and he will work it out with you. He has won many awards because he is such an awesome artist. I will be going to him next. The only reason why i didn't last time was because i went with someone who didn't charge as high. Purple Haze are expensive. But they are worth it. My current artist is a good artist, but he is a real prick of a person so i wont go back purely on that.
 
a grand seems quite reasonable for such a choice piece of art.....but then i spose aussie dollars cant compare wiv NZ dollars
my horse tattoo, which only covers the top half of my left arm, cost $600 (NZ tho)
ppl i know seem to think thats a bit expensive (for any aucklanders out there, all my art gets done at ballistic in the city) but the artist is passionate, helpful, gives gd advice and is a friendly guy

I've seen Trevor's work in the flesh, everytime I look at my left arm. He's an amazing artist.

i love your new tatt DFR. It's different to what i imagined you were getting though. I thought it was one pixie that was somehow holding wings upwards or something but i guess i was wrong :p It's got a very Native american feel to it. Very earthy :)

After going over and over the whole tat about 4 times, the purple ink still hasn't gone it completely. Looks like i am back for some more in a week or two. And it certainly hurts more the more you go over the same spot whilst reacting to it. It's been a nightmare to say the least :(









And no i don't have a hunched back ;) That's just me trying to cram it into the whole photo. Its not easy taking a photo of your back!

Got my second tattoo today, a strand of deoxyribonucleic acid around my right arm:



When I booked it he seemed to think it would be a bitch to connect up but had no doubts about it today.
 
I was thinking of getting something to wrap around from my hip to my shoulder, and a DNA strand was one of the ideas. You stole my thoughts LP!

Actually it wouldn't go too well with alchemical sigil thingy. I need something jagged, maybe a vine of thorns or something.
