post a favorite poet or poem

im a little new(b) around here, and curious to know who is influencing you or inspiring you these days.
some poets i am interested in: michael ondaatje, bp nichol, raymond carver, margaret atwood, sylvia plath, ack! so many and so varied...
right now im attracted to zen type stuff, gary snyder, haiku. here's a haiku ive always loved:
summer haiku - leonard cohen
silence
and a deeper silence
when the crickets
hesitate
what about you?
