Possible to not absorb a pill?

So here's my story, I was at EDC on Saturday and I ended up taking 3 triple stack pills. I'm fairly new to this stuff, and the most I've taken before was 2 doubles. So after I take the 3rd one, it didn't hit me as hard as the other 2. In fact I barely felt it. I didn't know if it was due to me being tired after my first rave or what, but that's what happened. That night I fell asleep like a baby, but when I woke up the next day I ended up puking a lot. The weird thing was after I puked, it felt like there was a pill lodged in my throat. I had to eat something to get it back down.

My question is, is it possible for a pill to sit in your stomach and not be absorbed or broken down? Has anyone experienced this before and can anyone explain what happened?

Welcome to BL!
Your brain probably just had no serotonin left to give after the first two pills. Redosing on MDMA never really works for me, and it increases the neurotoxicity hugely iirc. Best to just dose once, and accept that when it's over, it's over. Your stomach can break down a steak, a pill doesn't stand a chance.
On a side note, double- or triple-stacked pills are a con. They don't necessarily have any more MDMA in than a pill of normal dimensions, and usually don't.

Thanks for the info, do you have any idea why the pill would still come up when I threw up though?

To be honest, I don't think it did. I think that you already thought the pill hadn't been digested, and when you puked and felt a lump in your throat you inferred that it was the pill. I mean, you didn't come up after you ate the food and got the "pill" back down you did you?
