The ups and Downs of what you're attempting...
Yeah bud, suboxone DR's can be brutally expensive this is exactly what i was charged... 125 plus 25 to see their counselor... so $150

(USD) then they have these cards they offer out which SUBOXONE is paid for immediately for one time a month. Now the problem here is at first they make you come in every week or ever 2 weeks ( ive heard) my personal experience was after the first month i passed every piss test for Every monday of that month and everyone after. I left that first day with a 2 week RX for sub, ( At first then, i stayed on it and got a full month and that card became very convienent, but this was after i was in an impatient rehab ( well 5-6 before i decided to try sub for getting clean completely i decided to try sub on the outside so i didn't relapse) Then i was forced to see an OUTSIDE Counselor.. Another $65 bucks

... A WEEK, to keep getting my suboxone after staying on it or Once they give you a month rx that card covers it but as i just said INSURANCE will force you too see a outside counselor, gotta remember man alot of these places are straight Legal Drug dealers...If you were to go to an impatient detox they WARN you about these places and kind of DRS, but to answer your question i do know the DRs that can RX suboxone HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN DEGREE in Addiction Therapy... So your family Dr may not be able to do this for you. Just the best i could give you information, they could though RX methadone but that's a whole other box or worms you dont wanna open...
Best of Luck Man, But if you have a dependence to opiates/oids, you will need impatient or are going to do these home detoxes over and over and over and fail addiction/dependence are 2 COMPLETELY different things. It isnt just beating the Need as in being Withdrawal i know you've heard this and it sounds insane i laughed at people when i was told this but once i beat the withdrawal,( i had at my worst point a 2 bundle a day habit meaning my withdrawal were brutal...so i laughed them when they said this but it's so true) it was MORE i was an addict and recovery is a long process, Its the ADDICTION part of it which is why inpatient is probably your best bet just from one person in recovery to another. Trying to keep it real... Be Safe Out There, You Already did one of the hardest things for some people realize you need some kind of help...Why not beat this without trying on your own failing and and failing and getting that lost hope feeling so many of us have been in...and then it may take you years before you give in...and as we know as addicts man a binge will last as long as ya want it too or as long as you can support it... Seriously give Rehab a thought man/girly seriously do as inconvenient as it may be to you in the short term then maybe outpatient. Just from personal experience and seeing MYSELF,friends, family, reading countless home detox stories, they never seem to work because you're not just dependant you're addicted, you have the URGE AND WANT FOR IT. Seriously best best best best of luck.
