possible serotonin syndrome?

hi there.... 5 hours ago consumed 300mg of relatively pure street speed (methamphetamine) stupidly half an hr ago I dosed 500mg tramadol because i wanted to get to sleep soon....
have slightly blurred vision, headache and some random muscle twitching..

anything I can do to limit the risk to myself?
or I should be ok regardless?

You are already in a low level stage of SS.
I advise you to get somewhere where you can be watched, as you might get a lot worse.

In a severe stage, you will not be even close to functioning properly to drive yourself, yet alone call for help.

i have someone here with me, asleep but they are here. i have written on paper and placed in my shoe the amounts and name of drugs i consumed....

symptoms haven't gotten worse yet, maybe dodged a bullet?

just woke up after 5 hours sleep.... just have a headache and the occasional muscle spasm but besides that all good. will definitely be more careful in the future.
