I received a PM yesterday from an EADDer I've known for several years. He's asked if I could post this thread on his behalf as his situation is kinda iffy. Obviously I cannot personally vouch for what he said but I can say he is somebody who knows a thing or two about RCs and related matters and whom I also have a lot of trust in in general

Anyhoo, it relates to people who ordered RCs from overseas vendors before they were banned but never received them cos they got stuck at customs. It's probably easiest if I tell you some of what he told me...

The police are currently running an extremely underhand operation, where goods imported legally, pre-ban, that did not make it through customs are being repackaged and delivered, after the ban, by officers disguised as postmen. Nothing groundbreaking but they are using it as an excuse to immediately arrest whoever signs for the package, regardless of whether or not they open it, and then trash the house and seize computers/phones etc.

The person in question got nobbled by this very ruse and asked me to pass on a heads-up. Hopefully it won't affect many cos so little gets stuck at customs, but just in case... Got no more details than that really but will pass on anything else I hear.
 
He didn't say but yeah, anything that's recently be banned but was ordered pre-ban. So that'd be 6-APB, NBOMe and so on. Not sure if it also applies to stuff from previous bannings but maybe. Although I guess folk really would be suspicious if a package held up at customs for over a year suddenly arrived. But almost certainly just this recent selection of RCs wot got the chop.

Sorry but I just don't have any other details yet. Fella just wanted me to post this as a thread cos he's somewhat compromised at the moment. Make of it what you will. I'll pass on any further details as and when.

Never bought an RC so at least this one don't worry me , but many of you ought a be very cynical about any deliveries.

They just arrest folk like me in the street in front of the whole of the public , happened last year as i was sat on a wall about 100 yards from a Dope house , was taken in cuffs in front of about 100 people one guy shouted

"why you messing with him ,he ain't done fuk all " i hadn't btw .


Still got strip searched humiliated & yeah fukin cunts .

Still waiting to hear while they trawl through his phone/computer/stuff akaik. I think it's maybe being used more as an excuse to get hold of peoples' phone, computer and the like for a good nose through. Surely there's a good case to be made that you ordered stuff in good faith and it was perfectly legal at the time and how were you to know what this repackaged thing that turns up unexpectedly weeks later was? Sounds like more of a fishing exercise to me.
 
how suspcious are you of your entire daily postal transaction series, on a whole, EADD?

Must have been quite a sizeable weight for them to go all that trouble, possession of recently banned substances just results in confiscation I thought as the law is still a new law, small amounts anyhow. I got a customs seizure letter for 5g of MDMA before that was never followed up on.

Surely it would never stand in court though? He ordered the drug when it was legal, had no intention of breaking the law and it arrived when it was illegal. Depends how he received it, if you signed for the package then you are willingly are accepting the package and accepting the now illegal substance, if its just dropped through your letter box its a different matter I would have thought.
 
That's kinda what I thought, Mendo. Is why I'm thinking more of a fishing exercise. Perhaps for people they have their eye on for whatever reason, perhaps cos they have nowt better to do, perhaps cos they just thought it would be funny to ruin somebody's day. All of the above. None of the above. Who knows what goes on in the mind of plod :/

It does seem a particularly desperate move to try to get people in such an underhanded manner though. And I really can't see it flying in court which is why I'm thinking it may be more about intelligence gathering. Just speculation on my part though. Y'all know as much as I do know really.

Whatever happened to him? I think he was charged with reckless endangerment or something.
 
So what happens to orders people make on drugs that were already illegal in their own country? Will they be getting through ok? :D

I've never heard of any delivery office where posties are replaced by undercover police officers.

which uniform was he wearing, the old blue shirt, or the new red polo shirts? And was he in a RM van?

As others have said, i can't see this happening unless its for a particularly large amount. But you never know 8)
 
The good EU vendors packaging is extremely discreet and would just blend in with all the other business type letters. Plus i know my postman. The only thing id want to order from overseas atm anyway is phenazepam or etizolam, if the uk suppliers dont get some etiz powder stocked soon.
 
A"letter" (not a jiffy), posted within the EU will almost certainly not even be touched by human hand ever again after it's been posted/dposited at a delivery office; until your postie gets his hands on it.

Ok for posession - but this is importation of a temp ban drug - which will get you 14 years inside.
