Yes, I know this topic has been covered, I used the engine and all the posts I saw said it depends on what drugs specifically you do.

My question is does the tissue in your nasal passages and lungs heal from insuffilation of pills over time or does every dose you take cause small ammounts of damage over time?

My typical insuffilation is anywhere between 7 to 15 Opana 40mgs spread over the course of 3 to 7 days every month.

I also do IV heroin anywhere between 5 to 15 times a month as well, I am sure that does permanent damage as I can see my veins enlarging in my arm. I know damage reduction techniques for IV, alternating spots, micron filters and the like.

My question is, if the tissue in the sinuses does in fact heal is 3weeks or so enough time for it to heal before dosing again, or should I wait longer?

Chew them up and dissolve them through your mouth. But to answer your question, nasal passages and veins should heal given proper nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery time. Unfortunately it sounds like you are headed down the road of more addictive drugs, not less. I've been there :\

my nose feels like it has been writ off for good ive stopped taking ketamine for a few weeks now, but prior to stopping i was snorting roughly 12 grams a week for about 2 years.

My nose got so blocked up that know matter how small the line and I need like (~250mg at least to get high) would not go up my nose. I then started injecting IV and IM and noticed more damage from IV use I used to have bulging veins all over my arms from lots of running and lifting heavy weights.
Now my veins seem as if they are shrinking rather than enlarging as to what that guy said.

So Ive gave up altogether now and my docs have put me on pseudoephedrine to clear my nose up but its been a couple days now and my nose is still completely blocked.

I think I have done permanent damage.

any repeated damage to the body can always end in cancer, the ear nose and throat specialist lists smoking, chewing the side of your cheek etc as reasons for throat cancer.

or like smoking your mucous membranes will change to deal with the attack, to mucous secreting cells and give you problems with getting fluids out b/c the small cilia hairs are paralysed.

IV - scarring veins, phlebitis (vein inflammation) collapsed veins, abscesses etc. if you are able to rotate sites it helps. scarring can mean the veins can't expand like they used to and stay rigid. i have also seen a person cause a DVT in their arm - went to their lung and caused small PE's (pulm emboli) but they survived. just had to go on warfarin for years.

IV use: infective endocarditis - bugs growing in your heart. throw off bits that can fly off into your brain/ lung. possible septicemia (bugs in the blood, then death from multiorgan failure). it's rare, but a possibility.

so it's good that you try to keep sterile, but there's no escaping someone picking up your heroin in their hand and dropping it into a dirty piece of foil.
