Possible OD mixing Benzos and Opiates. Need help.

My friend took 1mg of Xanax and later took 30mg of codeine. He read after that mixing the two is very dangerous. He has a very mild-moderate tolerance to both drugs, and is very scared that he might have done something terribly wrong. Please advise my friend on his decision, and if doses like these could cause respiratory depression. Thanks.

Best not to mix too many CNS depressants, but those are both pretty low doses so you should be safe.

i asked an overdose question on here once and it was closed by a mod.
i think you should be fine.
i took 20mg of Ativan at once and i didn't get respiratory depression, i weighed 125 lbs at the time too

It is a relatively low dose of both chemicals.
I'm not sure of your body's tolerance, but IMO, he should be okay.

Edit: However, I do NOT recommend the combination of any opiates/opiods and benzodiazepenes for obvious reasons (CNS depression).
