Stimulants Possible Nerve Damage In Arm From IV Meth?

I've been an IV meth user for about 9 years now. About 4 years ago I had an abscess on my right arm that had to be drained at the ER. Well in that same arm where it was at to this day I've noticed alot less sensory in it. I really noticer it yesterday tho, I didn't even feel anything when I stuck the needle in and I should of. Does anybody know anything about this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
 
Probably a result of the abscess siite being regenerated with scar tissue. I have similar issues with the scarring from 3rd degree burns on my legs.
