Hey bluelighters, I was wondering if you could answer this for me. Today I was prescribed some Tramacet (37.5mg tramadol, 325 acet.) for severe tooth pain that will be getting dealt with in a couple weeks when I have the funds. I am wanting to take ~15 mg 3-meo-pcp tonight along with the prescribed dose of 37.5mg tramadol for my pain and want to know if the tramadol could cause any unwanted interactions. Is serotonin syndrome something I should be worried about or would I be in the clear with this one? Thanks in advance.

3-MeO-PCP appears to act as an SRI, as does Tramadol, so I would not combine them just to be safe.

That said the dose of Tramadol we're talking about here is extremely tiny so I don't not think there would be any chance of any bad interaction, but if you want to not have it on your mind during the 3-MeO-PCP experience as on dissociatives it's the kind of thought in the back of your mind that can spoil a trip - then wait a couple of weeks just so you don't have to think about it.

Tested the waters last night with one Tramacet and <5mg 3-meo insufflated. There was some noted vasoconstriction that wasn't experienced on 3-meo by itself. Ended up taking a couple grams of l-arginine to counteract the effect. So just a heads up to anybody else who may consider this combination, you may want to think twice.
