Haven't posted in a long while I'm mainly a lurker on these forums. Figured I'd post for harm reduction purposes. I Woke up this morning with very sharp aching pain in my right flank (lower back, where kidneys are located), this pain has lasted all day, feels better when there's pressure on it. Can't lay on either side or bend down with out extreme pain in right kidney I describe this pain as a ruptured feeling. (Doubt that it is really ruptured). I did not use an extraction, simply cut Cotten into 4ths and swallowed at 9pm
. Took 2 separate doses of tylonal 500mg for back pain during the high. Didn't get a lick of sleep till next day afternoon(1hour). Didn't experience any pain the day after dosing. Yet woke up this morning with this terrable infliction. 8( Im thinking this could Possibly be prerenal acute renal failure which can be caused by Severe dehydration(tryed to stay hydrated, but you know how that goes.), hypotension(listed symptom of propyl-), decreased effective artial blood volume(vasoconstriction?). Or could I have overdosed on menthol?(Menthol laced cotton + more then a couple menthol cigs = ?) Would an overdose of menthol lead to kidney troubles? I would also like to note that in the morning I had purplish, patchy, zombie-like skin (noting new to me, always have this with large dose of stims.) History: I used to have a everyday addiction to amphetamines till the point I had to stop for health reasons. (twigged out, no muscle mass, dead lookin skin, receding gum lines, un-controllable anger.) No way shape or form am I demonizeing this substance, I'm sure it's relatively safe for healthy people.
