Poppy

Has anyone had any luck with finding poppies in Northern Virginia that are unwashed or actually yield results? My friend has tried numerous stores, such as Afghan and Oriental, but still no results. The seeds are just too high quality around here.

I think the answer will probably be 'yes'

Possibly. It's just that my friend can never seem to find them in bulk, only the small 200g packets. Even doing a Google search for bulk spice stores around does not give accurate results.
