poppy tea withdrawal can it cause vaginal soreness along with gastrointestinal pain ?

I have recently stopped poppy tea use, 4 weeks ago. Went through Hellish withdrawals including a sore vagina, is this common have seen doc and can find nothing wrong internally, just wondered if anyone else had the same experience?
