Poppy Tea dosing

I just made a lot of poppy tea from stems, crowns, knobs, etc. I kind of just used a lot of straw and didn't weigh it or anything because I was very hurried. Anyone have an idea what 1 gram or maybe 1 ounce of poppy straw looks like volume-wise?

Few questions, My pods arrived today, but i havnt no scales, is dosing via 'teaspoon' accurate enough? and safe enough? If so how many teaspoons should i start off with

2. Whats the best way to make a brew/crush the pods since i dont have a coffee grinder or a blender, and what alternative ways to take them are there

3. What antihistamine is best to take, i've got a pretty low tolerance considering so nausea & itching is still an issue
