Not really a legal high though - my understanding is once you crush/grind the pods you are `manufacturing` them into a illegal high.

It's a murky grey area of law. Not a `big` enough problem for attention of bureaucrats or law enforcement.

Actually from what I've read they are technically illegal, but so many people actually do use them for flower arrangements that the police or whoever don't enforce it.

That is fucking nuts lol... I had no idea. Poppies are pretty, actually one of my favorite flowers.. I would love to have some on display in my house. I have a thing about dried up flowers and shit. I even have a tree in my house. I like plants, flowers and keep flowers after they die. I think I am gonna get some poppies.. I feel the need to make a poppie wreath.. I may or may not partake.. lol

They just won't arrest you for it unless you're clearly be michevious with them, like someone said, it's kinda a grey area of the law.
