First i apologize if i posted this thread in the wrong spot, but I'm in such bad shape that i can't think straight.
normally i take my suboxone and kpins daily. However, in the past four days I went on a terribly irresponsible drug binge. I was doing large amounts of amphetamine salts, fentanyl, morphine, temazepam, valium and alcohol.
All i have left is enough for one sub and one clonazepam a day.
I'm withdrawing so terribly that i feel like I'm going to die. Someone please give me some advice I can't even finish this post, I have went through withdrawal before. But never like this. I think I'm having trouble mostly from the amps. How can I fix this maybe via diet? Anything to take x some edge off
Ty

Wow thats a lot. Goto the store and get some robitussin and diphenhydramine to try to sleep lol

That sounds terrible. There quite a few OTC meds that can help with withdrawals (like Skeeef mentioned), and I would also recommend you try as best you can to eat really healthy/gentle/easy to digest food, drink tons of fluids, take some vitamins and supplements, try to replenish your electrolytes (maybe with some sports drinks if you can stomach them), and take baths with lots of Epsom Salts in the water. Sleep is also really important if you can find a way to sleep. For the opioid stuff, here is a thread all about dealing with withdrawal from opioids: The Opioid Withdrawal Megathread and FAQ (I would think some of the tips in there should help with the amphetamine after-effects too though).
