If I alternate between 2c and mdma can I use more often that using one sole drug

I should start by warning that 'what should I do or take' type threads are not allowed so let us say that this is not one... that means no posts that intend to answer that question directly.

Indirectly I can tell you or remind you that 2C's (also called 2C-X as a group) have a significantly different mechanism of action than MDMA and because of that have a different character and different consequences for the body and mind.
- 2C-X are categorized as psychedelics with empathogenic, entactogenic and entheogenic aspects or potential while
- MDMA is a stimulant empathogen and entactogen with entheogenic and psychedelic potential

- MDMA acts by releasing monoamines like serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine, it has effect on the serotonin transporter and - I don't recall - maybe reuptake inhibitory effects. This means that it promotes emptying your natural reserves of these neurotransmitter chemicals. Too high doses or too frequent use can cause chronic depletion of serotonin and similar substances in your body which tends to result in depression and various forms of dysfunction. Reversibility of this depletion or damage is controversial, last I heard this process is not as irreversible as was once thought. Still it definitely means you should not use MDMA and drugs that work similarly too often and it appears you know this.
(MDMA is also a psychedelic and it itself and especially the MDA metabolite act in ways similar to what I will describe below for 2C-Xs)

- 2C-X work as serotonergic agonists. They do not deplete/empty your natural reserves of serotonin directly, instead they mimic serotonin. One might say that psychedelic effects arise from the fact that this mimicry is 'imperfect': the drugs act LIKE serotonin but not the same. In some situations in the brain they increase serotonergic activity like serotonin would but in other situations they do the opposite. This inconsistency could be said to be a likely cause of sensory distortion, cognitive distortion, proprioceptive distortion and other such effects.
On the other hand, that most aspects are heightened like color perception reflects that by far most of the time there is serotonergic activation, so to speak.
Indirectly though, it may be that extra serotonergic activity can activate subsequent neurological pathways that also involve different neurotransmitters and it is plausible that this abnormally high activity does cause mild depletion but FAR from comparable with MDMA.

Conclusion:
I think we can apprehensively answer with a yes. You should watch your intake of MDMA and other stimulants most of all, maintain a proper period of time in between use. Like a month but preferably 3 months or longer. If you take 2C-X compounds in between this should not matter as much for risks of depression, emotional imbalance and other nastiness... BUT that doesn't mean it is a smart idea to use 2C-X compounds too much. The psychedelic effects they have affect the mind and you need to allow yourself, your body and mind to integrate the impact. Grant yourself more time than you think is 'minimally necessary to manage', give it more slack and focus on restoring your energy and mental stability before taking such drugs again.

That is basically what I was asking that you

To put it in simple, direct terms - no, you cannot alternate between MDMA and 2C's and use more of either/both safely. You need to wait at least 1 month, preferably closer to three in between each MDMA dose. I'm not certain on the best guidelines for 2C's but you'll be safe with about a dose a month.

MDMA - 1 to 3 months between doses.
2C's - 1 month between doses.

I'd also reconsider your MDMA usage altogether - it causes long-term changes to the brain's structure which take months to reverse. Some reading material.

So I could someone stagger ie week 0 md week 2 2c week 4 md week 6 2c week 8md
cos there would be 4weejs between eatch md and each 2c

You could do that. You're not going to die or anything but I'd be worried about taking MDMA once a month indefinitely. That guideline is generally understood to mean that 3 months between doses will have minimal negative consequences and that 1 month is the bare minimum. Given the dosing regimen you have described, I'd expect depression to rear it's ugly head after a while.

If you're set on using MDMA, take anti-oxidants with it and 5-HTP the days before and after use. Hot environments will cause more damage, which makes the usual venues of raves and clubs unsafe (I appreciate that this is the usual place to drop, though). Doses higher than ~120mg start to become dangerous. Redosing considerably increases the risk. If you find that the magic is disappearing, look into Piracetam, which has been reported to bring it back. Might be worth investing in a testing kit to make sure that you're really getting MDMA too.

From experience, the "less is more" motto applies well to psychedelics and MDMA. That you are planning for as many doses as possible is a red flag.

I have pircetam and 5htp btw 100mg ish is what I concider normal md dose its been a while since I caned half a gram
P.s id never take anything without testing it
