Subcutaneous means you are penetrating the skin (presumably with a needle) and delivering the substance directly underneath.

Transdermal means that you are delivering the substance through the skin, like with a patch.

i dont like iv diamorph cause i dont like needles and prefer a longer duration
i also chose that over fent due to the duration of effects (and maybe because i oded on fent that was sold to me as dope)

i dont wanna go any deeper into my opiate addiction, so my favorite MoA and opiate is....(drum roll)....

oral oxycodone (almost always oxycontin, pre-crushed 80mg abg... unless i can get those immediate release 30mg oxycodone, which i actually prefer over OC.

It might have been IV Heroin, but that was only once, and too long ago to remember. I'd have IV'ed the tar, but I had no needles. The last I've done with Heroin is smoke tar, so I guess that's my answer.

oxycontin, intranasaly

i perfer it over oral since it seems to have a faster onset and hit me harder, plus ive been taking it this way since i first tried oxy and the high just isint the same without a bitter taste at the back of my throat

Just going off of what I have tried. I would have to say IV hydromorphone, IV fentanyl, oxycodone. I like the speedy effect of hydros but my tol is just too high to make use of them anymore
