Police Informant's Death Brings New Law, Lawsuit

This is just a desperate, desperate story.

I feel desperately sorry for this poor girl's family and loved ones.

Yet more innocent bystanders caught up in the insanely unfair "war on drugs".

Yes, she was wrong to snitch. I couldn't do that. But she was only in a spot to snitch because of our insane war on drugs that does so much more harm than good. Dno;t blame her, blame the war.

Blame them both. The war on drugs is absolute idiocy but she was setting those guys up for some serious time, probably the better part of their lives. No wonder they killed her, she deserved it. Its just a shame the cops will walk away from this scott free.

1 less snitch on the street, she won't be missed. The people that killed her were being set up by her, she fucking deserved it.

Lets be honest.

The crazy motherfucker they sent her to buy drugs from was obviously nuts, right?

Well lets look at the situation had she not been killed

She leaves the house and goes to the cops, she will be the last customer the dealer had.

She brings the drugs to the cops, they call in the drug team they had waiting to bus into his house.

(Because cops are stupid and they, like everyone else, have no respect for snitches, as soon as the snitch goes in, the cops raid as soon as they make the buy, instead of waiting to let the dealer wonder who it was for a few minuites)

The cops talk to the dealer, try to get him to flip on his supplier so he doesn't get charged.

The dealer, full of rage, and looking at hard time, still knows its better to be in jail then be dead.

The dealer goes to jail, gets a harsher sentence for not snitching (it happens)

The dealer arranges for the girl who set him up to get killed.

And not simple gunshot like he did, this man will be locked in a box so some little tramp can get off free on a small pot charge

He will arrange for some sadistic fucks to torture her and make her suffer to send a message (Usually when snitches get killed, they get killed in fucked ways, at least around here, to send a strong message as to what happens to snitches, I.E. Arms, legs chopped off then stabbed, beaten to death with a bat, hacked to death with machete, i've heard of all of these things happening and many more terrible gruesome ways)

Moral of the story;

She'd be killed either way, I know it, you know it, we all know it, the only way she could live is if she moved away and never came back, but sadly, if she flipped on someone as crazy as her dealer, she's not smart enough to know to hide, she's probably one of those people who thought "Okay, we'll I'm just going to go in, buy a bunch of drugs for the cops, bring them to the cops, he'll get arrested, and I'll be able to get along with my life like it never happened"

That's what stupid snitches do (Shit, even when I was in high school and some kid got busted with a five nugget or gram of weed and ratted on his little dealer (hustling' a hardcore 1/4oz a day, lol) they still got the shit knocked right out of them, especially the preppy kids like jocks and American Eagle fags who were so afraid of a criminal record they'd rat out there pot dealer BECAUSE THERE PARENT FOUND A BAGGY IN THERE BOOKBAG [It Happened, and more then once, in under 4 years] and emo kids, who wanted to act so hardcore getting stoned and doing e, that they felt so hardcore, only to have there world shatter when they get busted, and become so scared they'd rat out there own mother just to make the situation end)
there is the matter of betrayal of trust between dealer and client, but I think just knowing you got snitched on so someone could save there own ass, while landing you with more charges, would drive some people over the edge.

Fair enough. The moral of the story is, DON'T Snitch! Buying drugs from someone and then snitching on the person who was helping you get high!?? What the hell?

she wasnt just getting high.

She was pushing rolls & weed for these people.

The story doesent say if she was facing state or federal time or if she were only facing a mere marijuana pos. conviction.

Chances are she was facing time for sale. Whoever sold big amounts of dope to the chick is a fuckin' genius. She was fucking crying in her mug-shot.

She didnt deserve to die , but the morons who killed her ruined the rest of their own lives anyway.

Looks like everything kinda balanced out in the end...... :|

Dealers were real fucking stupid for killing her! If they new she was a snitch, obviously someone was waiting on the other side of the door [so to speak]

Jones, who was reprimanded as a result of the investigation into Hoffman's murder, later apologized for those comments. "We were placing most of the blame on Rachel Hoffman. I regret that now," Jones said. "It made us look like we weren't taking responsibility for what happened."

"It made us look like we weren't taking responsibility" - duh, that's exactly what you were doing, you lieing cop, you were shifting the blame to her.

She got what she deserved, shot in the face. I'm happy to, things like this directly benefit me. She is just one less drug dealer than got caught and is narc-ing people out that I have to worry about. She was working the for the cops so that means I lost my respect for her and he was dealing drugs... a felony... O.K. I feel sorry for her now. There is one less pot dealer in the world. She was hot too, there aren't enough sexy lady dealers out there, just muscular black men.

this is a sad story

HOWEVER

snitches get stitches and end up in ditches.

I don't feel sorry for any snitches ever. Sorry... thats how the game plays out in my mind.

It must be nice to sit way up there on that high horse and judge people like that, especially a kid who has no business doing what the police made her do.
Its like some people do not get it. You can honestly say that if you were faced with a situation where you could either go to jail for a long time, ruin your entire life forever. Or you could go undercover and bust some person you dont even know, you would choose to ruin your entire life.

That is rhetorical, because you cant answer unless you have been in the exact situation, and not everyone is a triple OG like you, so bear that in mind.
