An illegal search. Legally, you have the right to remain silent. Your refusal to have a conversation with law enforcement without the presence of an attorney is not grounds for the officer having reasonable suspicion. He has no right to detain or search you for refusing to answer questions.

Nobody in their right mind, guilty or innocent of any crime, should EVER TALK TO LAW ENFORCEMENT. In just about any situation. You need an attorney present to mediate any discussion you have with a police officer, ever, on the street or in jail.
 
Fuck the (border) police. Being a police officer is the ultimate form of prostitution. If you dont look into the facts or question what your doing they will pay you good. Selling out humanity on behalf of self gain although is encouraged in modern day society is not exceptable. I mentioned third party candidates because it's obvious that the Democrat/Republican regime have failed to uphold the Constitution. If people would study the Constitution they would realize how far America has strayed from it during the past 100 years. Our personal freedoms have suffered as a result.

The Constitution is a contract between the states to create a limited federal government. The federal government is only granted limited powers. The powers not mentioned are reserved to the states and the people. The federal government has greatly exceeded its constitutional authority and is running roughshod over the states' rights and the people's rights. Each succeeding administration is expanding federal government and shrinking our personal freedoms. America is no longer a free country. It was created as a Constitutional Republic. Over the last 100 years it has been transformed into Socialist Democracy. That's what America's founding fathers tried to prevent when they wrote the Constitution.

Now, World Government, thats a tough one.

After my extensive research lately, i have come to the conclusion that it is just not a one sided sinister force pushing harder than ever for "their" New World. It is a few different ones that have been planning it for a while. It all comes down to that they all figured someone was going to have a go at it again after Hitler, and if it was going to be anyone - it should be them.

What you are seeing now is these groups consolidating and increasing in power which it is how it has gone from the back burner, to almost in your face very rapidly. Thank god for the internet. People are waking up, but alas they are accelerating.

I think you guys are over exaggerating this. Just because a couple of Agents may of acted out of line, it doesn't mean Obama is a dickhead, or the USA sucks. People need to learn how to have self-responsibility and an open mind.

Obama had Mark Brzezinski working as a foreign policy advisor on his campaign team. It looks like the Illuminati had both sides of the presidential race covered. Also, Zbignew's daughter, Mika Brzezinski is a reporter for MSNBC and NBC nightly news.

i agree with time traveler - this is the decade we will see if it will be dark or light, or some weird new fusion of both, or if nothing will happen (i.e. the crisis-point is an illusion - which i doubt - but it could be created just by the decline/fear of the west)

I know at actual border crossings the border patrol can search your car whether you consent or not. I don't know about them setting up shop 100 miles inside America and getting away with the same shit.

If this dude was calm and composed the entire time like he's acting in this video then the border patrol agents were completely out of line.
