Well, there's the voters. But who pays attention to the judges on the ballot?

Plus, getting labeled "soft on crime" is potentially fatal to a judge's electoral chances.
 
Don't forget Grande standing prosecuters that just want to draw favor from asking for the most intense sentences. Get them junkies! Makes me puke in my mouth a little.
