The pokies to me are a nigel's best friend. You know, you find yourself in the bar, your friends are nowhere to be seen.....you jump on a pokie and you look like you're meant to be there....you belong!
 
weeell, I know how bad and evil and money taking pokie machines are but whenever I'm at Sounds (On Sunday @ the Greenwood) and a bit smashed I find myself in the pokie room just watching people win money. I mean seriously I swear half those people go to SOS just to play pokies! Aghhh!
However, I'm a naughty girl cos i usually end up putting bout $5 in a machine. I only play it in 20c rounds but I'm a sucker for a feature *sigh* I wanna win the feature! Bring the feature on! im bad, chics my age are becoming the biggest problem gamblers in Oz apparently. *hangs head in shame* But there's all these pretty lights and stuff!!!!
I'm so tempted! but if i put in $ I don't expect it back...i know if i break even it's a big thing...so yeah....semi-intelligent gambling? not expecting your money back but playing for the lights and the pictures...*looks around for reassurance*
