I've came to the conclusion that IV drug use is not for me. I have only been able to successfully hit a vein 3x(and it was saline solution, so as not to waste good drugs)(the other 10 times I tried I just couldn't hit a vein). I am wondering how 50mg of glass(pure methamphetamine)insufflated would compare to the same dose given IM. Basically, I just want a ratio like 50mg insufflated = 35mg IM'd, or something to that effect. Yes, I know IV is the most superior route of ingestion(if you are after quickest and most intense effect), but like I said, I am done with IV. So does any have experience with both modes of administration of glass. Please, only glass experience, cut-up MA takes longer to absorb(intranasally) which means less intense but slightly longer effect.

Though I have never IMed meth (only IVed it), I would say that you should probably IM a dose similar to what you would snort(i.e. 1-2 lines worth). Start there and work your way up. In general, I've found it takes a fair deal of MA to get me high via IV administration, so I wouldn't worry terribly about ODing, especially as you are IMing it. Obviously, though, you can always do more but you can't undo too high of a dose...

With IM you're putting the drug right under yer skin, and lets admit it, the shit you buy from Ricki isn't pharmacutical grade ... hell, once or twice I have missed a shot (when trying to IV meth) and the brue was really bad... it was as though I was a red headed* girl and I told me black boyfriend I wasn't going to give him head!

^^^ Yup, in general I would say IM'ing street drugs is more dangerous than IV'ing them. If your shot has any bacteria or other nasties in it, they probably won't last that long in your bloodstream, but your muscle or just under your skin (s.c.) is like the fucking bacterial Garden of Eden.
I would try IV a bit more if I were you. You could try getting a smaller needle, going for hand/foot veins (those hurt though), using a good tourniquet, warming up the extremity you're shooting into (causes veins to get bigger), lying so that the arm you're aiming for is hanging beneath your body (more blood pools there), etc. And do it with real drugs in the syringe -- if you eventually pull back and find yourself in a vein, then inject, otherwise you could 1) just shoot it outside the vein, it will form a nasty bump/bruise but is about as effective and dangerous as IM, or 2) pull out, shoot it into a cup of water or something and take it orally.
