Basically, if you've plugged a pill, when the pill/capsule dissolves it will feel like you need to go to the toilet, or pass gas. Resist the temptation. Or, go beforehand.

i am a strong advocate for plugging. one pill = fucked up falling around the place
but you do need to remember you're gonna absorb all the other crazy stuff they might stick in the pill. but i guess it makes it more fun! another good reason is it'll save you cash. and as for that twat that had a go at people for plugging, how can you be so out of touch with your own body? for goodness sakes. how's that maturity going for you? anyways, enough words wasted on them. anyways, in the end, hold in your bodily finction temptations and the 2nd knuckly is AMPLE! i like to go in between the 1st and 2nd. to tell you the truth it is until it feel a little uncomfortable. you won't need to bend at right angles looking to see how deep you finger is. tee hee.
