plugging vs oral ingestion?

i was wondering if some of the more experienced rollers on the board could list some pros and cons to plugging mdma vs eating it. which do you prefer?

would eating an initial dose and then plugging for a redose an hour later be good?

I haven't tried plugging myself, but one well known benefit of plugging is that it is much more efficient. So you need less MDMA to get where you want to be.

This guide suggests that other than the intensity, there is very little difference in the overall feel of the experience when compared to oral ROA:

Using MDMA (ecstasy) there is not much noticeable difference from just swallowing it other than the level of intensity the enema administration provides. However I noticed the sex drive was much greater than in comparison to just swallowing, or even snorting the ecstasy tablet.
