Help with Plugging Vicodin ES

I'm about to get my hands on a bottle of vicodin es i've never plugged before but my tolerance to opiates is getting higher so i figured it's about time i tried. My questions are: whats the best way to plug vicodin? I'm assuming it can be done? Also i'm not sure what my current opiate tolerance is but I snorted 3 hydromorphones and popped one more and i barely felt anything. How many vicodins should i plug to feel good? I realize they are alot weaker than the dilaudid..

What dose is the hydromorphone? That's something important we need to know.

Look up the Cold Water Extraction, you'll need it to separate the hydrocodone from the acetaminophen.

they are extra strength so they are 7.5/750 mg. i looked up CWE and im kinda confused. do you just crush them up, dissolve them, cool it, then filter it? it looks like thats pretty much it?

^ Yes. You don't even need to cool it, just use cold tap water, dissolve, filter. I use a shirt instead of a coffee filter. And I squeeze it to get everything out.

I was asking about hydromorphone dose to figure out your tolerance though. Try using an opioid calculator like this:

ohh sorry the hydromophones were 4 mg ones. and i had one more question: after i finish straining the water out, apparantly there is some chalky white stuff in the filter right? is that the opiate or the acetaminophen? which do i take? the water or the white stuff? O.O

White stuff is APAP (acetaminophen), don't take.

Water is extracted water soluble hydrocodone.
