plugging vicodin (apap rectal bioavailabilty)

So I have seen numerous threads on this subject, but no definite answer.
does anyone know the rectal bioavailability of apap (paracetamol)? I am asking because it seems like it'd be nice and convenient to just be able to plug my vikes and avoid liver damage.

not really sure to be honest. Why not just CWE all that APAP out then just plug the hydro? It would be a lot less to plug which would probably be more pleasent for. How many do you plan to plug?

Well I would do the CWE, but I'd rather not loose any hydro if i could avoid it. And I was thinking about 5 5/500's. I know thats not a lethal dose or anything but I'd like to be able to dose maybe twice a day and want to protect my liver.

If you are so worried about protecting your liver then you wouldn't even think about 2500mg of acetamenophen in it.

i know the numbers for apap safety, I'm just curious if taking it rectally would yield a higher/lower bioavalability than oraly.

Higher than or equal to orally. There's a reason Tylenol suppositories exist.

Just CWE it and then plug the resulting hydrocodone.
