Opioids Plugging question

First time plugger. I have some 8 mg dilaudid and I would like to try plugging them since I hear that is the next best way to take them besides IV, which I will not do. I have a syringe (without needle obviously), but it can only hold 1cc of water. Is this too little of an amount for plugging? or can I just mix the 1cc of water with a smaller amount of the dilaudid to get it right? What is the proper ratio of powder to water?

I think 1cc would be plenty for an 8mg dilaudid, but I'm not sure how many you're trying to do at once.

I've read hydromorphone is soluable "1:3" with water but don't know exactly how many mg's that means.

1cc will work fine. You can use much more water if required, but 1cc should be just fine.
