Plugging question

Yea so this a little nasty but I gotta ask. I got some MDMA that I want to plug for the first time. For equipment I have a fleet enema bottle. Can I just mix up the MDMA in some water in the bottle and shove it up there? Also I am on suboxone so constipation is always around. My question is if I dont feel like I need to poop then am I good to plug? Yea any other advice you wanna give is appeciated.

I am a big advocate of plugging, haha. People need to get over their fear!

I think that thread covers most things - don't worry about being constipated, generally your rectum is empty anyway unless you need to have a bowel movement.
