plugging question (level expert) Hydrocodone

We might die from all the medication, But we sure
when plugging about 600-700 mgs of hydrocodone I need to use alot of water as we all know thats alot of powder when I CWE, now how long do u think you would have to lay on your side after plugging maybe 150 ML of water?

also how much water do I want to use for about 75 36 01 Yellow V 10/325?
 
I never lay on my side and never have a problem with leakage at all. I just make sure the trap stays closed and get a little iso-metric exercise at the same time. I will use about half a shot glass of water with 60-90 mgs. Roxicodone, but will add more water after 10 mimutes or so to make sure I have absorbed it completely. With this procedure I'm done in 15-20 minutes.
