Plugging oxy

I have a friendly blue roxy laying around (The V's) and had questions about plugging.

In ADDITION to all the great resources I've seen on this forum and following , I'de like to hear some personal testimonials regarding plugging. Is it nice? Last as long as orally or insufflate? Overall is it worth it?
